Our apparel is made to order. Production time is separate from shipping time. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. If you need to correct an order, email lamronwen2020@gmail.com as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once production begins.

Each item is made especially for you after you order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, a size selected incorrectly, or a color preference, except where required by applicable law. Please check the size guide before ordering.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, email lamronwen2020@gmail.com promptly with your order number, a description, and clear photos. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Contact us before sending anything back.
Missing deliveries
If your order has not arrived, email us as soon as possible and within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate.
